I try to do everything that I can to make sure that my kids enjoy their school days, all while learning what they need to.
One neat thing I incorporate every year is some type of grocery store math.
This year we went to Wegman's armed with worksheets on comparing, estimating and calculating prices.
The kids also had an alphabet scavenger hunt. They had to find things in the store for every letter of the alphabet. They did great!
