Trip To New Holland and Advent Days 6-8

We spent days 6-8 of advent in New Holland, Pa. Nick had to go down for business and we love to join him when we are able. 

We left Sunday afternoon and after stopping for lunch, we arrived at around 5:30. 

After checking into the hotel, we went to the grocery store across the street to buy some snacks and beverages to keep at the hotel. Then we went to Pizza Hut for supper. 

That evening, we hung out at the hotel and watched a lot of "Animal Planet". 

We don't have cable or satellite at home, so it was a nice treat.

Monday morning, we visited some thrift stores in the area. 

That afternoon, we used our free pass to the YMCA and went swimming. 

The sunset was gorgeous on Monday evening. 

On Tuesday, we kind of repeated the day we had on Monday..thrifting, fabric stores, swimming at 

the YMCA. 

Nick was done with his meetings at 3:00. We stopped for some supper and headed home. 

 Before leaving, I took some pictures of the kids in front of New Holland Headquarters' Christmas displays. 

Apparently Niyah thought it was unseasonably warm, as is evident by her tee-shirt and flip flops.
